The stable interview with Julie Camacho in the York Update continues to produce winners with Oscar's Sister (8/1) scoring at Haydock on Thursday. The seven furlongs nursery at the Merseyside track was highlighted in the interview and the daughter of Dandy Man prevailed by a nose off a mark of 72. The filly has improved with each start and connections feel she will stay a mile next year. It was the Camacho stable's 33rd winner of the season.
I am continuing to work on the forthcoming edition of One Jump Ahead, which is due to be published later this month. The plan is to take the book to the printers next week once all the proofing readers is completed over the weekend. I have been contacting a few more trainers over the last few days to check on certain horse's well being - one trainer very kindly sent me a photo of the horse in question relaxing after a piece of work this morning. It is an exciting time of year writing/reading about so many potential stars for the winter ahead. Thank you very much for those clients who have ordered recently - the response has been superb. If you haven't already done so, please head to the Publications section of the site. All the details are there.
