Another good day for Ahead On The Flat with 25/1 winner at Wolves

Vice Versa, featured in the Stable Gossip section, won the extended one mile fillies' maiden at Wolverhampton at the rewarding odds of 25/1. Thank you to those clients who have emailed since - I wish I had done likewise.

The Grand Visir (3/1) received a positive mention from William Haggas in Talking Trainers and the expensive son of Frankel made a winning start to his career leading close home in the one mile three maiden at Yarmouth. Bought for 750,000gns, he is sure to improve for the experience and is a colt to keep on the right side of. It won't be long until the runner-up Fibonacci goes one better having travelled strongly throughout. He could head down the handicap route but Hugo Palmer's charge is more than capable of winning a similar event.
