Interview with 14 times champion

On Wednesday morning, I had the pleasure of interviewing Paul Nicholls for the forthcoming edition of One Jump Ahead. The fourteen times champion was in excellent form sparing plenty of time to run through his string for the new campaign. Twelve months ago, Paul nominated eleven unraced bumper horses for readers of OJA and they included subsequent winners Country Lady, Fire Flyer, Isaac Des Obeaux, Larchmont Lass, Lime Avenue, Marvellous Mick and Tarras Wood. The head of Team Ditcheat has done the same this time around selecting some potentially smart bumper performers from the new crop. In addition, the squad has been bolstered by a whole host of new inmates, largely from the Irish pointing field including some expensive purchases. The stable are blessed with a formidable team of novice hurdlers and novice chasers for the winter ahead. It promises to be a superb interview and the champion couldn't have been more helpful.
