Roberto Escobarr was a winner for the Top 40 Prospects in Ahead On The Flat with William Haggas' four year old taking the Listed Skybet Grand Cup at York on Saturday. The four year old had finished fifth on his reappearance at Ascot on soft ground but was much more at home on the sounder surface on the Knavesmire as he stayed on strongly to beat Red Vernon by a length and a half. The Skybet Ebor looks a realistic aim later this summer.
