Just to let clients know, I have sent out a selection to Email Service clients this evening (7.09pm). If anyone hasn't received it, please let me know.

Malcolm Jefferson enjoyed a good day at Carlisle with two winners and a second from three runners. Indeed, the Malton trainer was unlucky not to send out a treble and would surely have done so had Major Ivan jumped the second last better. Double W's was an impressive winner of the novices' handicap chase. Dropping back to two miles, he fenced fluently throughout and could be called the winner a long way from home. Although he stays further, he appears to be at his best at the minimum trip.

Dominada was an easy winner of the opening handicap hurdle under Megan Carberry. Given a positive report by Brian Ellison in OJA, he jumped well and made all to win with something in hand. He is due to return to the Cumbrian venue next week and escapes a penalty.
