Haggas' team for York

Talking of Updates, the Names To Note section in the Royal Ascot Update proved very successful and Sincerity (11/4) was another winner at Ffos Las on Tuesday. James Fanshawe's filly was making her handicap debut off a mark of 70 at the Welsh track and she stayed on well to win by three parts of a length. The daughter of Iffraaj will stay further than ten furlongs and can remain ahead of the handicapper.
