Interviews for OJA

With the mid week action on the Flat continuing to underwhelm, it was a good opportunity on Wednesday to start interviewing for One Jump Ahead. I spoke to both Harry Fry, who tasted Cheltenham Festival glory in March courtesy of high-class mare Love Envoi, and Donald McCain. The latter sent out a career best 155 winners last campaign and has 21 winners on the board already this time around. Both handlers have recruited extensively from the Irish pointing field during the spring/summer and it will be a surprise if their new recruits don't include some exciting youngsters.

I am working at York on Friday evening with the Listed Lyric Stakes being the highlight. I will be carrying out more interviews next week and will keep readers updated on here.
