A reminder to clients that the February Update will be emailed on Friday 31st January. Please head to the Publications section of the site to order a copy. In addition to an analysis of the Betfair Hurdle at Newbury, there will be a look ahead to the Cheltenham Festival, including the handicaps. The Update is £6.00.

In the meantime, there are a number of the Top 40 Prospects entered towards the end of the week and over the weekend. Look out for those horses featured on pages 9, 14, 21, 23, 26, 27, 40 and 43. 

Floueur (4/1) provided the Christmas Special with its latest winner at Navan on Saturday. The ex-French gelding was having his first run for Gordon Elliott and he stayed on dourly to beat Cayd Boy by two and a quarter lengths in the opening novice hurdle.
