Those clients who purchased the Cheltenham Festival Update will be aware of the Spring Watch article on page 45. I passed on news for the Lincoln Handicap at Doncaster regarding the William Haggas trained Addeybb and David O'Meara's Lord Glitters. The pair dominated the finish with the former running out an impressive winner under James Doyle. It was William's fourth win in the race and he is already eyeing the Group 2 Sandown Mile at the end of next month for the progressive four year old. Lord Glitters ran well in second but bumped into a very well handicapped opponent.
The article also highlighted the claims of the Harry Fry trained Caribert in the Goffs UK Spring Sales bumper at Newbury and the Ballingarry justified strong support (5/2) making all. Given a terrific front running ride by Noel Fehily, he dictated from the outset and looks a good prospect for novice hurdles next Autumn. All in all, it was an excellent day for what has been a very profitable Update. Don't forget to get your orders in for the Aintree Grand National Update, if you haven't already done so.
As discussed, I am currently working on Ahead On The Flat which I am hoping will be ready early April, although the timing Easter this year hasn't done me any favours because the printers is closed from Thursday 29th until Tuesday 3rd April. Once I have finished writing it, I will update my website plus send out letter with full details to previous clients. The price is the same as last year (£9.99) and it is £27.99 for AOTF and the 3 Updates.
