2 more interviews

With the midweek action hardly setting the pulse racing, I carried out two more interviews on Wednesday for One Jump Ahead. Harry Fry was my first port of call this morning and Paul Nicholls' former assistant has a solid squad for the winter ahead which has been bolstered by some interesting new recruits from the UK and Ireland. David Pipe was next on the list and, while the Pond House team may not have the numbers of yesteryear, there is still plenty of firepower at Nicholashayne including some expensive purchases from the Irish pointing field. I am hoping to conduct another interview on Thursday before heading to York on Friday for their only evening meeting of the year. Then, next week, the plan is to carry out more interviews while Glorious Goodwood is taking place.
