Despite a nine pounds rise in the ratings for winning at Exeter earlier this month, it wasn't enough to prevent Hititi from making it successive wins at Wincanton on Monday. The Robert Walford trained six year old has improved since stepping up in trip and he always looked in control in the two miles five handicap hurdle at the Somerset track. Jumping well, the Great Pretender gelding made stealthy headway leaving the backstraight before taking over at the second last. Pushed clear, he scored readily and should continue to improve. Following a frustrating first half of the season, Hititi has blossomed recently and has justified his position in the Top 40 Prospects in One Jump Ahead.
