Subscribers to the Christmas Special will recall that expert Declan Phelan penned an article highlighting the most promising young Irish pointer to emerge from the Autumn season. They included two horses who won impressively on their Rules debut this week. Even Tho was a four lengths winner of a mares' bumper at Limerick on Tuesday and she looks a bright prospect for next season and beyond. Those comments also apply to Order On Time when spreadeagled her rivals in a bumper at Chepstow on Thursday. Runner-up in his point for Sean Doyle, the gelded son of Order of St George was purchased by Anthony Bromley for £200,000 at the Cheltenham December Sale. The five year old is one to look forward to over timber next Autumn.
Once again, many thanks to those clients who have purchased a copy of the new edition of Ahead on The Flat, which is due to be published at the end of next week. I sent out a mailshot to previous customers - if anyone hasn't received a letter with full details of the book and Updates, please email me at mark.howard@mhpublications.co.uk
If you haven't ordered a copy, or the Aintree Grand National Update (published next Tuesday (7th April)), please head to the Publications section of the site.
Happy Easter to all clients and contributors - your continued support is very much appreciated.
