Interview with Andrew Balding

Kingsclere based Andrew Balding had another terrific season in 2023 with 145 domestic winners and total prize-money of £4,445,095. Chaldean provided the yard with a second victory in the 2000 Guineas at Newmarket and a dozen Pattern winners in all. Once again, Andrew has a strong team for the new campaign and he kindly ran through his string for Ahead On The Flat readers on Monday. I am hoping to complete another couple of interviews later this week.
