Busy week

Apologies for not updating the Diary for a few days. It has been a busy first half of the week - I attended a photo shoot for Racing Tv at Sandown Park on Tuesday. It was my first visit to the Esher track for a number of years and it was good to return. It is a first class racecourse with excellent facilities and just a pity its such a long way from home. Luckily, the journey back wasn't bad at all with a clear run on the A3 and M25 before getting on to the M1. Twenty four hours later, I worked at Wetherby, which got the go ahead following three inspections. Unfortunately, a third of the declared runners were withdrawn with the ground tightening up and therefore not as soft as expected. There promises to be some high-class during the second half of the week and I will be back to update the Diary as normal.
