Interview with Andrew Balding

I am delighted to announce that Ahead On The Flat will once again include an interview with Andrew Balding. The Kingsclere stable were responsible for 133 winners in 2022 with record total prize-money of £4,597,646. The yard's 16 Pattern winners included Group 1 victories by Alcohol Free in the July Cup and Chaldean in the Dewhurst Stakes at Newmarket. Andrew has a terrific team for 2023 including a strong bunch of three year olds with Classic aspirations. The interview also features a clutch of potentially exciting unraced three year olds.

The Talking Trainers in AOTF features Andrew Balding, Ralph Beckett, George Boughey, Tim Easterby, William Haggas and Roger Varian. I am hoping to arrange the rest of the interviews later this week following a trip to Catterick on Tuesday. I will be updating the Publications section of the website in the next couple of weeks so clients can order the new edition of AOTF and the Updates.
