Ahead On the Flat completed

Having spent Tuesday morning at the printers completing the index (contains over 600 horses), I am pleased to say Ahead On The Flat is now finished and ready to go to print. I have been told to expect the book from the printers towards the end of next week - the Easter break hasn't done us any favours but we can't do anything that. As soon as they arrive, pre orders will be posted out.

The Racing Post have started their stable tour series this week for the 2026 Flat season. Karl Burke is featured in Tuesday's paper, of which only 25 three year olds and older horses are covered. Compare that to Ahead on The Flat in which the Middleham hander speaks out 56 inmates at Spigot Lodge Stables. 

In the meantime, I am starting work on the One Jump Ahead Aintree Grand National Update, which can also be purchased via the Publications section of the site. The Update, which has full analysis of three tremendous days racing on Merseyside, is priced at £12.00.
